Does your school need a new approach to personal development and record keeping?

The Personal Record gives pupils the opportunity to keep details of all advice, information and guidance they have received during their secondary education. It fulfils all current requirements for Careers Education. Other departments who would use the Personal Record include PSHE, Pastoral Leaders and Assistant or Deputy Heads with responsibilities for target setting and reviews. This resource will save hours of work for staff. At the same time it helps pupils develop a variety of skill from organisation to reflecting on their progress.
