The book is divided into two parts: Part one, where the students will have a stimulus passage of approximately 70-90 words related to the general topic areas with four questions. The first two questions will be about the general content of the stimulus. These are followed by two other questions which invite students to express their opinions on, or give reactions to the content. Additionally, in this section the students will have stimulus passages, on which they will have to write “possible questions” for the passage.
In Part two you will find a guide of possible questions for your students’ discussions about the general topic areas and its linked subtopics. Furthermore, you will also find a generic worksheet that the students can use when they do their own article research for their general topic area.
